Danbar Properties LLC ("Danbar Properties," "we," "us") operates this website to connect with property owners interested in a cash offer or a listing. This policy explains what we collect through the site, how we use it, and how to reach us about it. It is not a substitute for legal advice, and we may update it as our services or the law change — the date above always reflects the current version.
Information we collect
When you submit the form on this site, we collect what you give us directly: your name, phone number, email address (if provided), the property address, and anything you tell us about the property's condition, your timeline, or your notes. We also automatically collect basic technical information common to any website visit — your browser type, approximate location from your IP address, the page you came from, and, if you arrived through one of our ads, campaign identifiers (such as a Google "gclid" or UTM parameters) that tell us which ad or search term brought you here.
How we use it
- To contact you about a cash offer, a property listing, or both — by phone, text, or email, depending on what you've consented to and how you've asked us to reach you.
- To evaluate the property (pulling comparable sales, estimating repair costs, and similar diligence).
- To keep records of our communications with you, as any real estate brokerage is required to do.
- To understand which ads and keywords are working, using the campaign identifiers described above — this is aggregate marketing analysis, not a profile we build about you personally.
We do not sell your information to third parties, and we don't use it for anything other than the purposes above.
Who we share it with
We share information only as needed to do business with you or to run this site: our own brokerage (Century 21 Signature Realty), title and closing companies once a transaction is underway, and service providers who host this website, deliver the form submissions to us (currently Formspree), or provide analytics and advertising measurement (Google Ads / Google Analytics). Each of those providers only sees what's needed to do their job. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.
Calls, texts, and consent
If you check the consent box on our form, you're agreeing to be contacted by phone or text at the number you provide, including by autodialer or prerecorded message, about your property. That consent is never required to work with us — if you'd rather not be called or texted, email us directly at nick@srthomes.com or dylan@srthomes.com and we'll work from there. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
Cookies and advertising
This site uses cookies and similar technology from Google (Google Ads and/or Google Analytics) to measure which ads lead to form submissions and calls. You can opt out of personalized advertising through Google's Ad Settings, and most browsers let you block or clear cookies entirely, though parts of the site may work less well if you do.
How long we keep it, and how we protect it
We keep the information you submit for as long as it's useful to us as a brokerage — generally for the life of any potential deal plus our standard record-keeping period, and no longer than necessary beyond that. We take reasonable steps to protect it (access limited to Nick and Dylan and the service providers named above), but no online system is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute protection.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing either address above. We'll honor reasonable requests unless we have a legitimate business or legal reason to retain something (for example, records tied to a completed transaction).
